List four referees, including:

• the Head of your Oxford College
• two tutors or supervisors able to confirm your academic qualifications for advanced work in your field, as well as your extra-curricular and leadership qualities
• a former employer or charity/community organisation leader or manager

Referees should be able to attest to character, intellect, and academic, extra-curricular, personal and leadership achievements.

Referees must not be people to whom you are related.
